Crowd Control

Have you ever been to a parade where there were barricades? Or perhaps you've been to a fast food restaurant with stanchions and a velvet rope. Those are all forms of crowd control. In fact, an easier way to look at it is picture your last theme park visit. You probably saw a myriad of crowd control mechanisms. Regardless of where you see them, they serve a very important purpose.

Crowd control items make sure that people stay in order at anything or event that has a line. For instance, a line at a bank, a line at a concert or sporting event or even as simple as a fast food restaurant line. The stanchions are great because you can adjust them to meet your needs. The retractable belts or velvet ropes ensure that it looks nice, yet keeps things orderly.

Whether it's barricades, stanchions or velvet rope - you've probably seen plenty of crowd control products in your everyday life.

My Job

To work or not to work? I have a new job and well, it's easy, great hours, etc yet I don't want to go to it. Why? I have no clue. One reason I guess is that we'll agree on certain hours and yet they'll change it. Maybe it's just me but I also feel that I can work at home and make just as much as I do there hourly. Now this is a commission based job too but working at home I can also make more than just the usual anyway. Either way you look at it, I hope I have made the right decision but I have to believe that I did.

do you need learner car insurance

If you live in Europe then you definitely know what learner car insurance is and if you're reading this then you may be wondering, "Do you need learner car insurance?" Well, what it is basically is flexible, short-term comprehensive car insurance on someone else's car. That means that you can learn to drive on a friend's car, your parent's car or anyone that will let you get your driving skills and it won't put them at risk if you have learner car insurance.

Well, at the site I found you can compare rates, get quotes and learn about learner car insurance. What more could you ask for? It's all right there in one handy site and best of all, it's user friendly along with offering great prices and quotes!

The Hunger Games

Okay, so I've read the books and I have to say that the movie did not disappoint. I freaking loved it. It was long but I didn't even notice it and wasn't ready for it to end. This is a movie I'd go back to see again in the theater. I may not because hey, Titanic is coming out soon in 3D but honestly, I thought it was spectacular and can't wait for the 2nd movie to come out or hey, for this one to come out on DVD so I can see it again.

When it rains

....it pours. We just had a repair job on one of our trucks and literally on the way home from the repair shop I noticed that Rich's truck had to brake lights. Well, that is usually simple but it's not the bulbs, fuses or brake light switch so guess what? That truck is now in the shop too. I tell you what, I just fixed the budget to accommodate this and now here's another glitch in the system. I guess I can just think positive and go from there. Hopefully this isn't something serious or it's covered by our warranty. Wish me luck.

Online Invoicing Software

I found a really neat new software that does online invoicing. Invoiceberry is a simple online invoicing software for small businesses, freelancers and sole traders. Businesses can create, send and manage their invoices online. They can also keep track of their expenses and payments and send invoice reminders.

What I love is that I have a hard time keeping up with what is owed to me sometimes and definitely a hard time keeping up with what I am making each month. With this software I can not only keep up with everything but I can send invoices out right from the dashboard and not have to hunt down my invoices. There's a free trial and you don't even have to put in a credit card number to try it out, which I love! Check it out, especially if you run your own business or freelance in any way.

IVA Information

What is an IVA and why do you need IVA information? Well, what it boils down to is that it is a debt solution offered by government legislation. It's a government initiative that helps you make a plan with your creditors to basically reach an agreement that you both can live with. Once you pay the debt off under these arrangements then it is legally written off so that you don't have to worry about it showing up in the future when you thought it had been taken care of.

With IVA.net you can find out if you qualify and then they can help you. They're one of the UK's leading providers and best of all, they do not charge an upfront fee to get you started. Payments even start for as little as £150 per month for debts over £15000.

Check them out and see how you can get the help you need and get started back on the path to being debt free.

New Tires

New tires

Written by Fermin Washington

When I finally got around to having enough money to buy new tires, the ones on my car were just about totally worn out. We live in New York, and my kids are involved in so many different things that I spend a lot of my day just being a taxi service for them. My husband happened to drive my car the other day. When he came home he told me that my tires were getting too dangerous for us to be riding around on and that I needed to get new ones as soon as possible. So the next Saturday, we went to the tire store. The man that worked there told me it would be a couple hours before they would be finished with the car because there were a few customers ahead of me. So we walked next door and got some lunch and then came back to read all the old magazines they had in the waiting room. I was bored and was walking around and noticed a website for T1 Bronx on one of the store’s computers. I thought they must be planning to upgrade their internet service. But, I was actually trying to see if I could tell where we were in line for the tires. After probably another hour they were finally finished with my car, and we were on our way.

Cheap Chicago Hotel

If you're headed to the Illinois area and looking for a cheap Chicago Hotel then you will want to check out Midway Airport Hotel. Everything you'll want to do in Chicago is just a couple of blocks away. Attractions like Navy Pier, Soldier Field and Michigan Avenue are at your fingertips.

You'll also love the perks. You get a complimentary continental breakfast, free parking, a business center with high speed Internet, a fitness center, and a free 24 hour Midway International Airport and Orange Line Shuttle. You can't beat that and best of all, this is a beautiful hotel with the most up to date accommodations.

My zombie garden

I got a little greenhouse from Amazon and mistakenly bought a grow house planter. I didn't know that it didn't come with seeds. Duh! Anyway, I still used it and planted some cucumbers, squash, tomatoes, more tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, radishes and peppers. I put it all in my little greenhouse and hopefully they all start to sprout. I know my fruit trees are doing well so far.

Anyway, I told Rich that we'll call it our zombie garden for the 'pocalypse. It's my little joke that we'll make the garden and put up signs saying that it's our zombie garden. That is, if we can keep the dogs out of it and if anything sprouts.

Speaking of, I watched an episode of Doomsday Preppers and made jokes throughout it that we needed tons of ammo too or people would come for our toothpaste supply when the apocalypse comes. Neat show but some of those people are a little over the top like the hippies that live in that missile silo.

New Natural Rx-Free Inflammation Relief

Millions of people suffer from inflammation and what many may not realize is that it is a serious issue that can cause a multitude of health related issues. These health issues can include muscle and joint problems, and body, respiratory, arterial, digestive tract and widespread body cell inflammation. If you or someone you care about suffers from inflammation then a new drink may be of help. I know that I personally have issues with inflammation so why not take a look at something that is not only helpful but natural too.

Nopalea (No-pah lay’uh) is a drink that comes from the Nopal cactus. This plant contains rare and very strong antioxidants that are scientifically proven to help lessen inflammation in the body. In fact, Native Americans have been using it for hundreds of years. Now, you can too. Right now, you can pay just $9.95 for shipping and try out Nopalea free.

Millions of bottles have been sold and when you take it daily, it can help your body reduce inflammation, cleanse itself of daily toxins (which is very important) and promote your overall health and isn’t that important for anyone?

Each bottle is a whopping 32 oz and has the health benefits of the Nopal fruit.

Robbie Velez and The Key To Rocket City

I love YA books. I mean, I've devoured the Harry Potter series, the Hunger Games and don't hate me, Twilight. Well, I was recently sent an author's series called Robbie Velez and the Key to Rocket City. This is a series about a futuristic dystopia and well, if you know me at all then you know I'm a huge fan of the dystopian types of books and movies.

Robbie Velez and the Key to Rocket City is about a young boy that many can relate to but I want you to read the synopis yourself and see what I mean about how exciting it is:

Are Robbie's real parents still alive? Dark dreams haunt the high school freshman from the future as he discovers his parents are not who they claim to be. Robbie's memory continues to block anything before his move to the mechanical Rocket City.

Robbie and his newfound friends must survive their first year and discover the truth about a mysterious past that unites them. After the deadly Cyborg War ended with victory for the humans, America is still worried that the new government cannot be trusted to keep them safe or free. RSS Screensaver

I don't know if you know it but I love neat screensavers and stuff that does neat things like giving me an updated weather forecast and more. Well, if you love the same kinds of things like I do then you'll love this screensaver with RSS. Daily Deals!

If you are looking for the best daily deals online then look no further than a site I found. It's called "nomorerack" and they have awesome daily deals. While visiting, I found clothing, toys and electronics - not to mention a wealth of other choices. For instance, there's a Lane Bryant shirt on there for just $9 and that's one thing that I know is much more expensive if you purchase it retail.

They even have what is called Insanity Deals where you can get things like an iPad for $43 or Gucci sunglasses for under $10. You have to buy fast because they have a limited supply and once they're gone you've missed out. I like that they are PayPal verified, BuySafe guaranteed and McAfee secure so I know they're legit!

Comsumer Rankings - DIY Websites

You all know that I love to build websites but sometimes people are looking at all of their options. This is where www.Consumer-Rankings.com comes in. Not only do they have a list of some of the best websites to build your own website but also they allow you to read the review, rank the site and visit the main website for each place. Now these are for do it yourself places so that is why I do not mind sharing. Sure, I would love to build everyone’s site and make a boatload of money. However, some people want to do things themselves and that is okay too.

What is cool is that they choose some of the more popular sites to review. For instance, you can look at a Wix website review or view some of the other best website building services. The site also allows you to see which websites have perks you might enjoy such as a free 30 day trial or how many templates are available for your use. These important benefits can make a huge difference in your decision of which company to go with.

The point is, if you are looking to build a website and want to see what your options are, this is the perfect site for you.
