Eat This Not That
I found the coolest new book called Eat This Not That. It tells you what food producers don't want you to know. Stuff like eating whole grain bread not multi-grain bread or that raisin bran has about a ton of sugar in it. Or who knew that those Marie Callender pot pies have the equivalent of 26 slices of bacon! I am loving this book. It has so much I didn't realize in it and I'm only halfway through it right now. Check it out!

well, it is easy to know this stuff because it's right on the label. heh whole-grain means the whole grain is used, so it has more nutritional value. Multigrain maybe any part of the grains. seems like common sense to me.
Maybe everyone doesn't "know it all."
Oh and multigrain means it can have as little as two grains, not that the whole grain was used.
