Chinese Proverb question
A friend on Facebook used this proverb and it's beautiful but what does the last part mean? The part with the dragon. Does anyone know? And yes, I've googled to no avail.
To attract good fortune, spend a new coin on an old friend, share an old pleasure with a new friend, and lift up the heart of a true friend by writing their name on the wings of a dragon.

i think the wings of a dragon part might be tied to a spiritual connection to the mythology and legend linked to the dragon. that's a fair guess anyway. :)
