Portobella Burgers

Okay, I got this idea off watching The Biggest Loser last night. R makes the best burgers that are stuffed with bleu cheese. Last night I'm watching Loser and they used portobella mushrooms instead of buns. We got some tonight and tried it and it was out of this world. The juices from the mushroom really add to the flavor of the beef. Now keep in mind on Loser they used turkey for the meat but I haven't quite gotten to that level of commitment yet. LOL

I really do not like blue cheese. I would probably use some kind of cheddar in mine. I have been experimenting with ground turkey in recent weeks and it is pretty good, as long as you add spices. If you try turkey, try adding some worchestershire sauce or however you spell it to add a slight beefy taste.
