Yard Work

Yesterday we spent hours doing the front yard. Rich did most of the work but I did some of it and boy, does it look great. He cut the grass, took down a tree that was dead, trimmed our palm tree, etc. I did the front porch, repotted some plants, washed our door mat (you can click to see what it looks like - awesome mat) and trimmed weeds.

We actually had someone that was coming to do the front yard but he never showed up so we ended up doing it ourselves. Rich wanted to do it himself anyway so it all worked out. The backyard looks great too! I love how when the yard is done I like to just look at it. Like, I'll go to check the mail or take out trash and just stare at how pretty the lawn looks. It's silly but I do enjoy it.
