10 ways that civilization could collapse because of Tom and Katie divorce

Okay, so civilization won't collapse over another failed Hollywood marriage but why am I always surprised when I hear about one? I always think, "Well, most Hollywood marriages fail but such and such (insert couple name) seem to really be happy together."

I suppose it's just human nature to want people to be happy, or at least it is for me. Especially when a couple seems to try to make a go of it, unlike Kim and Chris....or Kim, at least. I honestly think Chris was a little blindsided.

Many people will say, "Who cares?" but I do. It doesn't affect me personally but as a human being, divorce isn't a good thing.
