Green Mountain Customer Service

I wanted to share how great the customer service is at Green Mountain Coffee. I called them because I had what they call an exploding K-Cup. I had tried to brew a cup of coffee and it only brewed a little bit then spilled when I removed it. I wasn't asking for anything, just curious as to what happened. The customer service rep not only walked me through how to clean the needle on my Keurig, she is sending me some K-Cups too. You don't get customer service like that anymore. I am thoroughly pleased!

Just in case you're curious - the coffee I was brewing was Chocolate Covered Donut. Nom!
