Since I'm on the Subject of Customer Service

Since I just mentioned customer service, I will never go back to Walgreens. CVS has my business from now on. Some of you know about their ad that was wrong. We went to Walgreens to use a couple of coupons and get this great deal. Well, the ad stated Nivea for Men 2/$7. Exclused Q10 and Rollers. That means you can get the rest, right? Turns out they'd only honor the one in the photo. WTF? I called corporate and all they'd do is honor the ad. I decided to go to CVS and they were friendly, helpful and I got over $60 worth of stuff for $30. Walgreens has lost my business for good since this is the second time.
