fast mortgage HARP 2.0 refinance

Did you know that millions and millions of Americans are underwater on their mortgage? This just means that you owe more than your house is worth and the way things have been going the past few years, that's just about everyone it seems. Unless you're incredibly wealthy, chances are that you are underwater.

However, you do have options. You can get a fast mortgage HARP 2.0 refinance help in no time at all. With HARP 2.0, the loan to value ratio cap is all gone so that frees up a lot more home owners to refinance where they could not with HARP 1. Back then the loan to value ratio could not exceed 125% but now there are more choices and in today's economy, that's exactly what you need, more choices and options to refinance your mortgage and keep your home.

Vision Board

I've been wanting to create a vision board for some time now and I found an application on Oprah's network that allows me to do one virtually. So far I only have working from home again and finishing up my bachelor's degree but it's a start. I think that thinking positive works great, it's just hard to do at times but it's time I got back to trying it. You can get your own vision board here and honestly, it's kind of fun to do and besides, it can't hurt.

Walgreens and the Express Scripts Program

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walgreens for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Walgreens was in negotiations for a year now concerning the Express Scripts program. Unfortunately, the program contract expired at the end of 2011. What this means is that those people in that program would have lost out. Well, fortunately Walgreens has decided to do something about it.

This means that those that were a part of Walgreens and Express Script  had to find other providers and it was a hassle that Walgreens did not want their customers to have to go through. That is where the Walgreens Prescription Savings Club was created.

Before the new savings club was created, not only were families affected but those in the military were especially affected. See, Tricare was a part of this network and that is the provider for America's military members. Now there is help to those affected by this change.

Walgreen is offering a discounted membership to their Walgreens Prescription Savings Club and you can save tons of money. For instance, you can join during January for just $5 or only $10 for the entire family. There are over 8,000 prescriptions that you can receive and get this, there are more than 400 generic brand prescriptions that actually cost less than $1 for a week's supply! The regular price for annual membership is $20 and $35 for the whole family so join before the end of the month to save big.

Rubber Pavers

If you have horses, board horses or just want a unique look for walking or grooming areas then rubber pavers are perfect for you. They provide the best traction and they're safe because they're made out of 100% rubber. What is really great is that they are easy to install. Did you know on average two people can install an entire barn floor with rubber pavers in just a couple of hours? Just think, in one afternoon you can have an entirely different look that's not only safe but professional and eye catching. You don't even have to worry about a secure fit because they're tight and will work great for your equine area.

I has followers

I was on my blog Heard at Home looking up an old post for someone and I hadn't signed in yet. There was a place to the right that stated:

Enter your email address to subscribe to this blog and receive notifications of new posts by email.

I was like, no way do I have that many followers. So, I went and looked at other WordPress blogs and one read, join 263 other followers so yes, I guess I do. I am ecstatic that people are actually reading my humor!

Identity Theft Protection

Recently I changed bank accounts. It was such a huge pain to do because everyone had to be notified. I have a paycheck that still hasn't come yet and a few places that pay me that I haven't gotten yet because it was too late to stop them. Now think about what you would do if your identity was stolen and you had to deal with not only the hassle of getting everything back in order but losing your money, credit rating and identity.

That is where IdentityHawk comes in. They provide identity theft protection for people like you and me. They give you an Identity Health Score, which calculates your risk for fraud - and in real time! It scans the Internet for fraud and alerts you to anything you should be aware of and you can look over your alerts on your personalized dashboard. Top all of that off with a 30 day free trial and you have something that can benefit everyone in this age of digital theft.

Your identity is one of the most important things you can have when it comes to doing just about anything. From buying a home to getting a new job, you need to ensure that your identity is safe and you can do it all with Identity Hawk.

I'm Crafty Like That

Today I was searching for a charging station. We have two cell phones, a Kindle, an iPad, an iPod Touch and some other things that charge by USB. I hate cords! So there I am on Amazon searching for a charging station  and either they had bad reviews or were super expensive so I created my own.

The ones I liked looked like a wooden valet and more of a showpiece than a charging dock. So I have this thing at my desk that is wooden and has drawers plus this fold down top. I made that my own charging dock. The best thing was that Rich actually didn't hate how it looked at all. It's on our kitchen cabinet but fits in just fine and the stuff is still in the same place but there are no unsightly cords laying everywhere. Sometimes my best ideas come from "window" shopping.

Here is a picture of the charging dock I almost bought and it looks similar to the one I created.

Sons of Guns

The article written by Victor Flowers

My husband works for the government in a crime lab. He is in the firearms division so he knows a lot about guns. Every day at work he gets to test fire weapons that have been confiscated as evidence from crime scenes. I am pretty sure that he feels like he is just playing at work every day. Since he started this job, he loves reading books about guns and watching tv shows about guns. We have Expert Satellite so he is able to watch a new show called “Sons of Guns.” The show is about these guys who custom make firearms for their customers. They come up with the craziest types of new guns to use for the most interesting things. One time they mounted a shotgun to the bottom of a machine gun to help law enforcement to breach doors. Most of the time I think that it is not a good idea to bring work home, but my husband loves his job so much that he is always happy to talk about work even when he is home. I guess it is good to have a job that is so interesting!

Crocs

I have done something I said I'd never do - I got a pair of Crocs. But before you judge me, they're not the ugly ones. These look like deck shoes. I'll include a picture. My feet hurt something awful at work but hey, I haven't worked in years where I had to be on my feet so I'll try anything - except ugly Crocs. So far, they do feel nice but my feet do still hurt. I like how they feel at first so it may just be the usual pain after many hours of walking, etc. Here are my non-ugly Crocs.
